The following, which was advanced to third reading from the                                                                     
March 13, 2013, calendar (page 503), was read the third time:                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 66(FIN)                                                                                               
    "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                                                 
    expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                                              
    program and making a reappropriation; and providing for an

Representative LeDoux moved and asked unanimous consent that she                                                                
be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.                                                            
Objection was heard, and Representative LeDoux was required to
